The Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration Winter Academy 2023

Erdem & Erdem Founder and Senior Partner, the Chair of ICC Commercial Law and Practice Commission, member of ICC International Court of Arbitration and member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law, Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem gave an online lecture on M&A Arbitration at the Winter Academy 2023 on International Arbitration at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration on 19 January 2023, Thursday.

Prof. Erdem held a special course ‘How to Use Arbitration to Resolve M&A Disputes” at the Winter Academy 2023 which was on a specially designed online platform where he covered M&A scope and terminology, M&A timeline, M&A related disputes, dispute resolution in M&A disputes and M&A arbitration.

The Winter Academy 2023 which aimed to promote international arbitration and to make this knowledge accessible for participants throughout the globe attracted a wide range of attendance.
