ICC YAF: Complex Arbitrations
3rd session of the panel series on “Complex Arbitrations” organized by ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) was held on the 3rd of March at Ferko Signature with the sponsorship of Erdem & Erdem. The Panel attended by young arbitration practitioners aged 40 and under, focused on Article 7 to 10 of the ICC Arbitration Rules.
At the Panel, Erdem & Erdem’s Senior Associate Fatih Işık and Associate Mehveş Erdem made presentations and discussed issues on how to resolve complex arbitrations arising out of multi-party and multi contract disputes, joinder of additional parties and consolidation of arbitrations in detail.
Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem Founder and Senior partner of Erdem & Erdem and Chair of ICC Commercial Law and Practice Commission, in his opening speech addressed outstanding cases and made contribution to the panel with his valuable comments.
