GAR Live: Istanbul 2024 Conference
Global Arbitration Review (GAR) hosted its eleventh annual GAR Live: Istanbul Conference on June 27, 2024, at Çırağan Palace Kempinski.

At the session titled “Managing Experts”, our Founding and Senior Partner, Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, shared his insights.
This session, which involved several challenging scenarios, examined topics such as what can go wrong with expert evidence, possible solutions, the concept of hot tubbing and its proper protocols and timing, joint expert reports and meetings, and the management of experts.
