Arbitration in Agency Disputes Event
On 8 April 2026, Erdem & Erdem Law Office hosted and co-organized, in collaboration with Genç İTOTAM, a seminar and networking event titled “Arbitration in Agency Disputes.”
Within the scope of the event, Managing Associates of Erdem & Erdem, Mehveş Erdem Kamiloğlu and Dr. Rifat Cankat, shared their comprehensive assessments regarding the legal framework of arbitration in disputes arising from agency relationships, as well as its practical implications.
