The 2022 ICC Institute Jurisprudential Debate on "Asymmetric Jurisdictional Clauses" were held on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at the ICC Headquarters in Paris.
Erdem & Erdem Founder and Senior Partner and ICC Council Member, Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem moderated the discussions attended by ICC Institute 2021 Award Winner Dr. Brooke Marshall, and Council Member Galina Zukova. The 2022 ICC Institute Jurisprudential Debate on "Asymmetric Jurisdictional Clauses", which was held as a hybrid event attracted great interest.
