The Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods Career Summit 2024
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods Career Summit organized by the Mediation and Arbitration in Law Society was held on March 9-10, 2024 at Ankara University Faculty of Law Cemal Bilsel Hall. Erdem & Erdem, Partner, Competition & Compliance Leader, Mert Karamustafaoğlu, made a presentation on "Arbitration in Competition Law" at the summit, where disputes in different fields were discussed. In his presentation, Attorney Karamustafaoğlu discussed arbitration in competition law and recent developments in this field.
At the summit attended by law school students and graduates, future lawyers had the opportunity to learn in detail from experienced and expert lawyers about alternative dispute resolution methods in many different fields such as energy, competition, construction, insurance and aviation, and to ask questions about their career journey in areas such as arbitration and mediation.
