ICC Turkish Arbitration Day 2020
ICC Turkish Arbitration Day 2020 was held on 24 January 2020 at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul Hotel. The conference, which aims to contribute to the development of international commercial and investment arbitration in Turkey and to promote Istanbul as a place for arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, was shown great interest.
At the conference, Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, Founder and Senior Partner of Erdem & Erdem and Chair of the ICC Commercial Law and Practice Commission, moderated the Panel on “Interim and Emergency Measures in International Arbitrations Seated in Turkey”. Prof. Erdem, together with the speakers Ali Yeşilırmak, Dr. Adem Aslan and Nevzat Boztaş handled available options and avenues to seek interim relief in support of arbitrations seated in Turkey.
