MEF ILSA International Law Summit 2023
The MEF ILSA International Law Summit, organized by MEF ILSA (International Law Students Association) , took place online on 14 - 15 December. During the event, which hosted many expert lawyers from different countries, Erdem & Erdem senior associate Melissa Balıkçı Sezen, made a presentation titled "New York Convention and Türkiye in its 65th Anniversary".
In her presentation, Melissa Balıkçı Sezen discussed the scope of application of the New York Convention, the arbitration agreement and recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards regulated under the Convention in light of the decisions of the Court of Cassation.
