International Arbitration During Covid-19
A webinar on international arbitration during COVID-19, organised by the Law Academy and the Istanbul Arbitration Association (ISTA), was held on Thursday, May 7, 2020. At the webinar, which was broadcasted live from the social media accounts of ISTA and the Law Academy simultaneously, Vice Chairman of the ISTA Bennar Aydoğdu hosted Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, Founder & Senior Partner of Erdem & Erdem and Chair of the ICC Commercial Law & Practice Commision.
During the webinar, the speakers focused on how the international artbitration was affected, which measures were taken and which technical opportunities were provided by the leading international arbitration centers and how the arbitration came to the forefront in Turkey during coronavirus.
