The Arbitration School: “Challenge of the Arbitrator"
Organized by Marmara University Faculty of Law, Department of Private International Law and Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC), the 21th panel of the Arbitration School titled " Challenge of the Arbitrator" was held on 25th of November, 2020 and broadcasted live on Youtube.
In the panel moderated by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Erkan, Faculty Member Dr. Hüseyin Akif Karaca and Dr. Kerem Ertan as commentators, Meltem Ece Oba, Research Assistant, and Melissa Balıkçı, Associate from Erdem & Erdem Law Firm, took part in the panel.
