Arbitration in the Resolution of Corporate Law Disputes

The "Arbitration in the Resolution of Corporate Law Disputes" conference, which is organized in collaboration with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Commerce General Directorate of Domestic Trade, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Registry Office, and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM), and focuses on the most recent problems and solution proposals in the field of arbitration, was held online on the Zoom platform on Saturday, October 16th, 2021.

In the conference which Erdem & Erdem Founder and Senior Partner Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem contributed with his presentation titled "Arbitration in Corporate Law Disputes: The Swiss Case, Lessons to be Taken and Suggestions", following subjects were discussed in different sessions; “Arbitration Clause in Companies Agreements”, “Arbitration Clause in the Framework of Registry Practices”, “Resolution of Procurement and Extraction Rights Disputes in Joint Stock Companies by Arbitration”, “Binding of Arbitration Condition to be Included in the Articles of Association and Arbitrability of Corporate Law Cases”, and “Compliance with Arbitration in Cases Specific to Capital Companies”.
