Workshop on Information Exchange in Light of Recent Decisions
Erdem & Erdem organized the "Workshop on Exchange of Information in Light of Recent Decisions" on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Erdem & Erdem Law Office.
Erdem & Erdem Partner and Compliance Leader Mert Karamustafaoglu and Senior Associate Can Yıldız made a presentation at the Workshop. In their presentations, our speakers focused on the main decisions of the Competition Board in recent years concerning different sectors, examples of findings and evaluations, and the violation of the exchange of sensitive information between competitors. By presenting impressions from the Competition Board's recent decisions on the subject, our business partners were informed about the Board's current stance.
Our expert competition team answered the questions of our business partners who attended the workshop, such as which information is considered strategic, what conditions are required for a breach to occur, or what the risk of sanctions is.
