Seminar on On-the-Job Training in Competition Law
The Competition Law On-the-Job Training Seminar organized by the Istanbul Bar Association Consumer Rights and Competition Law Center was held online on 20 and 21 April 2024.
In the event our managing associate Ecem Süsoy Uygun, made a presentation titled "Special Powers of the Competition Authority: Information Request and On-Site Inspection" on Sunday, April 21, 2024. In her presentation, Ecem Süsoy Uygun comprehensively addressed the elements of information request and on-site inspection, which are among the extensive powers of the Competition Board. Additionally, she elucidated upon the established as well as current practices adopted by the Board in this regard.
