“Sustainability Symposium in the Context of New Generation Rights”
Erdem & Erdem Managing Associate Ecem Süsoy Uygun participated as a speaker in the session titled “Sustainability within the Scope of Competition Law” at the “Sustainability Symposium in the Context of New Generation Rights”, held on 7 March 2026 and organized through the cooperation of the Consumer Rights and Competition Law Center of the Istanbul Bar Association and the Environment, Urban and Zoning Law Commission of the Istanbul Bar Association.
During the session on Sustainability within the Scope of Competition Law, the delicate balance between sustainability objectives and competition law, ongoing regulatory developments in this field, and the decisions of competition authorities were discussed.
The session also featured Neyzar Ünübol as a speaker and was moderated by Sevda Öztürk.
