Erdem & Erdem Academy continues to organize in-house training programs on various areas of law throughout the year. In November, Nil Zeren Özdemir, one of our associates from our Competition Law and Compliance unit, informed our teams on the topic of “Competition in Digital Markets”.
Nil Zeren Özdemir explained the concept of digital platform in her presentation. She touched upon the structure and functioning of digital markets and competition concerns in digital markets. She also talked about existing competition law mechanisms, interventions and regulations regarding digital markets.
