Bilkent Law Community 5th Iuris Agora Legal Forum
The 5th Iuris Agora Law Forum organized by Bilkent Law Society took place on April 29-30, 2023 at Bilkent University Central Campus.
During the 10-session event, one of our partners, Tuna Çolgar, and one of our managing associates, Ecem Süsoy Uygun, made a presentation on Share Transfer Agreements in Mergers and Acquisitions and the Regime of Control of Concentrations under Competition Law in the 4th session held on Saturday, April 29.
Our attorneys met with Bilkent University students as part of the program, which aims to assist students by introducing diverse fields of law with knowledgeable lawyers in that sector, and discussed their valuable experiences.
