Symposium on Non-Competition in Private Law organized by Marmara University Faculty of Law was held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Bilkent University Central Campus.
In the event consisting of 6 sessions, our Partner & Competition and Compliance Leader Mert Karamustafaoğlu made a presentation on Employee Non-Competition Agreements in terms of Competition Law in the 3rd session. Karamustafaoğlu expressed his suggestions on the search for ways to deal with these agreements, which in the most general sense means that companies do not transfer employees from each other.
