Competiton Law Training for Authorized Electricity Supply Companies

It is known that since 2016, the Competition Authority has been conducting investigations against the large energy groups and imposing severe administrative penalties on the relevant undertakings. The authorized electricity suppliers are at a special risk due to their dominant position. Accordingly, the Training focused on the competition law issues that may arise within the framework of the day-to-day operations of the authorized electricity suppliers that are in the same economic integrity with the distribution companies, case studies within this scope and the developments in the European Union competition law.
