TerraLex European Regional Meeting 2025
The TerraLex European Regional Meeting, held on 25–26 September 2025 in Budapest, centered around the theme “Next Generation.” The event brought together leading professionals from the international legal community to explore the evolving role of younger generations and the importance of cross-border collaboration.
Mehveş Erdem Kamiloğlu, Managing Associate at Erdem & Erdem and Member of the TerraLex NextGen Advisory Committee, contributed to the “Next Generation Panel and Group Table Discussions” on the first day of the meeting. She shared insights into the Committee’s work, highlighting the future of cross-border cooperation and the growing influence of next generation leaders in international practice.
On the second day, Mehveş Erdem Kamiloğlu spoke in the session “Moving Mindsets from Associate to Partner,” where the panelists shared their perspectives on professional development, leadership, and the pathway to partnership within international law.
