Erdem & Erdem appoints Tolga Turan as Energy Advisor

We are proud to announce that Tolga Turan has joined Erdem & Erdem as Energy Advisor.

Tolga Turan started his career as an Energy Specialist at the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) in 2003. After 12 years of experience in EMRA, he joined Turkcell Group. He worked as the Assistant General Manager of Turkcell Energy responsible for Sales and Regulation for more than 5 years. Turan, who served as the Charging Ecosystem Workflow Leader at TOGG between 2018-2021 in parallel with his duty at Turkcell, has more than twenty years of energy market experience.

Having expertise in investment analysis and strategy in the energy and e-mobility markets, law and economics of energy, energy market operations, contract and litigation processes, consumer rights, competition and compliance with the legislation, Tolga Turan has been involved in many national and international projects.

Tolga Turan provides consultancy services on investigations, administrative processes, dispute resolution, compliance and governmental relationships in licensed and unlicensed activities in the electricity, natural gas, oil and e-mobility markets.
