Erdem & Erdem Academy October 2023 Presentations

Erdem & Erdem Academy continues to organize in-house training programs on various areas of law throughout the year. In October, we discussed two topics with our lawyers from our Dispute Resolution department within the scope of our Academy sessions. 

Ceren Eke, one of our associates, informed our teams on the topic titled "Inheritance Law with Questions". In her presentation, Ceren Eke discussed the basic concepts of inheritance law, will and inheritance agreement. She also touched upon the issues of testamentary dispositions, opening of inheritance and inheritance partnership, protection measures and inheritance sharing and elimination of partnership. She also talked about reduction, equalization, testator’s simulation, action of trover and the cases that terminate the title of heirship.

Meanwhile, our associate Abdullah Bozdaş, informed our teams on the subject titled "Complaint Procedure in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law". In his presentation, Abdullah Bozdaş explained the complaint procedure in general terms and then discussed the subject, reasons, parties, duration, procedure, and consequences of the complaint.
