Att. Piraye Erdem is appointed as Chairperson of the Board of SEV

Att. Piraye Erdem, the Founding and Managing Partner of Erdem & Erdem, was appointed as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Health and Education Foundation (SEV), one of Turkey's oldest and well-established institutions. Att. Erdem took over the position of Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the 2022 – 2024 term from Pegasus Airlines General Manager Mehmet T. Nane at the Board of Trustees meeting held on December 11, 2021.Under the umbrealla of SEV, about 5400 students are enrolled and more than a hundred Turkish and international teachers, administrators and support groups are on duty in schools which includes Uskudar American Academy, Tarsus American College, American Collegiate Institute of Izmir, SEV American College, Usküdar, Izmir and Tarsus SEV Primary Schools and SEV Publishing (Redhouse and Redhouse Kidz). The new Board of Directors, comprised of experts in prominent positions in various sectors, took office under the chairpersonship of Att. Piraye Erdem.

Piraye Erdem, an Izmir American College alumni, stated: "I am honored to take over the management of the Health and Education Foundation, which is the power behind our institutions that raise happy and universal individuals equipped with future competencies, high academic level, and social awareness."
