Advanced Issues in Private and Commercial Law Summer School
The Advanced Issues in Private and Commercial Law Summer School, organised by the Kadir Has University Faculty of Law and aimed at presenting the perspectives of well-known experts and practitioners on private and commercial law, took place between June 27 and July 2, 2022.
Erdem & Erdem Founder and Senior Partner Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem delivered a lecture on M&A Disputes in International Arbitration, during the training session on Friday, July 1.
Postgraduate students, academics, lawyers and legal consultants took part in the lecture series, where prominent academics and practitioners from Turkey and around the globe shared their knowledge and viewpoints on evolving issues of the chosen areas with an international point of view.
