Erdem & Erdem Annual Evaluation Meeting 2026
As Erdem & Erdem, we convened on Saturday, January 17, 2026, for our annual Evaluation Meeting to review the achievements of 2025 and to discuss our objectives for 2026.
The meeting commenced with a breakfast session, followed by a presentation entitled “2025 Year in Review” delivered by our Founder and Managing Partner, Piraye Erdem. The presentation provided a comprehensive overview of the firm’s key accomplishments, major initiatives, and the collective efforts that defined the past year.
Following a coffee break, our Founder and Senior Partner, Ercüment Erdem, shared the firm’s strategic vision in his presentation titled “2026 Goals”. He outlined Erdem & Erdem’s priorities, long-term objectives, and strategic roadmap, emphasizing the firm’s commitment to sustainable growth and institutional excellence.
As part of the program, an Awards Ceremony was held to recognize and commend our team members for their dedication and valuable contributions. The meeting concluded with a luncheon. As we celebrate the 40th anniversary of Erdem & Erdem, this Evaluation Meeting, which brought us together around our strong institutional culture and shared values, once again reinforced our collective commitment to moving forward into the future together.
