The Resolution of the President (Resolution) dated 20.05.2024 and numbered 8485 was published in the Official Gazette dated 21.05.2024 and numbered 32552.
Under the Resolution, it was decided to implement the legal interest rate – which is regulated under Article 1 of the Law numbered 3095 on the Legal Interest and Default Interest - as 24% per annum, effective from 01.06.2024.
