Amendments were made in relation to subsequently submitted certificates of origin
Through the promulgation of the Regulation on Amendment to Customs Regulation (“Regulation”), published in the Official Gazette dated 13th February 2021 and numbered 31394, the scope of the regulation in relation to subsequently submitted certificates of origin was expanded and the submission period was extended.
Through the Regulation, it was made possible to submit the certificate of origin and supplier declaration for the goods whose customs declaration was registered before 13.02.2021 and subject to Additional Customs Duty, Additional Financial Obligation or Trade Policy Measure later but until 30.06.2021.
