Time Extension for Wealth Amnesty

Through the promulgation of the President Decree No. 4196 (“Decision”), published in the Official Gazette dated 30 June 2021 and No. 31527, declaration periods for Wealth Amnesty, which ended at the end of June, have been extended by 6 months.
Through the Decision;
- The declaration period of money, gold, foreign exchange, securities and other capital market instruments held abroad to the banks and intermediaries has been extended from 30 June 2021 to 31 December 2021.
- The declaration period of money, gold, foreign currency, securities and other capital market instruments and immovables owned by income or corporate taxpayers, which are in Turkey but not recorded in the legal books to the tax office and registration period have been extended from 30 June 2021 to 31 December 2021.
