Special Communication Tax Rate was increased to 10%
Through the promulgation of the President Decision No. 3469 (“Decision”), published in the Official Gazette dated 30th January 2021 and No. 31380, Special Communication Tax rate applied to (i) facility, transfer and communication services within the scope of all kinds of mobile electronic communications management services, (ii) services related to the transmission of radio and television broadcasts through satellite platform and cable environment, (iii) internet services and (iv) other electronic communication services was increased to 10%.
