The Upper Limit of Stamp Tax to be Applied in 2021 was determined
Through the promulgation of the Stamp Tax Law General Communique Serial No.65 (Communique), published in the Official Gazette dated 29th December 2020 and No. 31349 (repetitive), the stamp tax rates to be applied in 2021 were announced.
Through the Communique, the upper limit of stamp tax to be applied on each paper during 2021 was determined as TRY 3.534.679,90. You may find the full text of the Communique and stamp tax rates and amounts to be applied in 2021 here.
