Amendment to the Presidential Authority Regarding the Remote Working Period Outside the Technology Development Zones and R&D or Design Centers
Through Law No. 7440 on Restructuring of Certain Receivables and Amendments to Certain Laws (Law No. 7440), published in the Official Gazette dated 12 March 2023 and No. 32130, amendments were made to the President's authority regarding the determination of the remote working ratio in outside the Technology Development Zones and R&D or Design Centers.
As per to the referred amendment, the President will be authorized to increase the remote working rate -portion that can be worked outside the Technology Development Zone and R&D centers-, to 100%, for certain regional and/or sectoral areas or for certain professions, which was previously regulated as at 75%,
