Presidential Decision on Resource Utilization Support Fund
Through the promulgation of the Presidential Decision No. 6657 (Decision) on Resource Utilization Support Fund Deduction published in the Official Gazette dated January 10, 2023 and No. 32069, the Resource Utilization Support Fund rate for loans obtained by financial leasing companies from abroad is determined as 0%.
