Communiqué Amending the Communiqué on the Implementation Principles of the Technology-Oriented Industrial Inititative Program Published

Communiqué Amending the Communiqué on the Implementation Principles of the Technology-Oriented Industrial Initiative Program (Communiqué) entered into force through publication in the Official Gazette dated 26.07.2024 and numbered 32613.

The significant amendments in the Communiqué are summarized below:

• It is regulated that the evaluation to be conducted within the scope of the program will consist of preliminary evaluation, independent evaluation, project evaluation and final evaluation stages, and the examinations and evaluations to be conducted at these stages were detailed.
• It has become possible to apply to the program for project groups that include multiple projects of different investors aiming to make a breakthrough in a sector or ecosystem by providing cooperation in coordination.
• In case of deficiencies in the information and documents submitted during the pre-application process, the investor will be given a correction period.
