Workshop on ICC Model Contracts
The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) organized a workshop on ICC Model Contracts, held online via Zoom On 26 November 2024, Tuesday.
Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, Founder and Senior Partner of Erdem & Erdem and Chair of the ICC Commission on Commercial Law and Practice delivered an introductory presentation titled "Introduction to ICC Model Contracts and How These Can Help Small Businesses".
This session served as an excellent platform for legal professionals, business leaders, and academics to deepen their understanding of ICC Model Contracts and explore their practical application in facilitating cross-border trade.
