SME Labs 2: ICC Expedited Arbitration
The second SME training titled “ICC Expedited Arbitration” organized by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s) and newly-established companies to discover ICC dispute resolution tools is held live online on March 16th, 2021.
Att. Mehveş Erdem from Erdem & Erdem was among the speakers at the conference attended by many experts and users, including the representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
In her speech, Ms. Erdem discussed why ICC arbitration is a more efficient alternative to courts and how the ICC Expedited Procedure Provisions work as well as why these provisions are important for SMEs and startups by presenting examples from her practice.
