Limited Liability Company Law Symposium
The Limited Liability Company Law Symposium, organized by Galatasaray University Faculty of Law and Istanbul Bar Association, took place on Tuesday, June 4 at Galatasaray University Aydın Doğan Auditorium.
Our Founder and Senior Partner, Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, chaired the fourth session of the event. During this session, Prof. Dr. Sinan H. Yüksel from the Galatasaray University Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law, delivered a presentation titled “Inheritance of Limited Liability Company Shares - Problems and Suggestions.” Additionally, Dr. Cem Veziroğlu from Koç University Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law, presented on “Non-Competition in Limited Liability Companies and Special Situations in the Context of Group Companies.”
Prof. Erdem also delivered a presentation titled “Termination of Limited Liability Company for Just Cause within the Framework of the Court of Cassation Decisions” during the sixth session. In his presentation, Prof. Erdem explored the cases of just cause and the legal grounds for termination for just cause, all in light of Court of Cassation decisions.
