The Minimum Administrative Monetary Fine Stipulated Under Law No. 4054 Updated
The Communiqué No. 2026/1 on Increasing the Minimum Administrative Monetary Fine Stipulated in the First Paragraph of Article 16 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition, to Be Effective Until 31.12.2026 (Communiqué), has been published in the Official Gazette dated 12.12.2025 and numbered 33105.
Under the Communiqué, the minimum administrative monetary fine to be imposed on undertakings under Article 16 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition has been determined as TRY 302,484.86, to remain in effect until 31.12.2026.
The Communiqué will enter into force on 01.01.2026.
