Announcement of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 08.12.2020
Through the announcement released through the official website of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (Agency), the decision of the Agency dated 08.12.2020 and numbered 9311 (Decision) has been announced.
Decision terminates the implementation of value date of one business day as decided by the Agency decisions (i) dated 20.05.2019 and numbered 8374 for daily foreign currency purchases amounting to USD 100,000 and more (or the equivalent amount in any other currencies) by real persons; and (ii) dated 21.05.2020 and numbered 9033 for daily gold purchases of 100 gr or more by real persons and legal entities.
