İlayda Salkım is an Associate in the Corporate Affairs Department of Erdem & Erdem. She provides legal consultancy particularly in the areas of national and international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets law and banking and finance law.
İlayda is involved in general corporate advisory matters, including assisting in legal due diligence within M&A transactions, contract drafting, and corporate governance tasks. She provides day-to-day legal support to domestic and foreign companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
She also contributes to capital markets projects, taking part in initial public offering preparations. Additionally, İlayda advises clients on e-commerce, consumer protection law and intellectual property rights.
