The Ministry of Labor and Social Security has published an Announcement on Covid-19 Measures at Workplaces
The Ministry of Labor and Social Security announced on its website on 03 September 2021 that the general letter dated 02 September 2021 on the PCR test that employers will request from their employees and informing their employees about Covid-19 risks and precautions has been sent to the 81 Provincial Governorships.
In line with the said general letter, the following are stated
It is reminded that the employers are obliged to inform all employees about the protective and preventive measures about health and safety risks that may be faced at workplaces, and that the employers should also inform the employees that are not fully-vaccinated for Covid-19,
Following the information, employees that are not fully-vaccinated should be informed about the possible consequences of testing positive for Covid-19 in terms of labor and social safety legislation,
The employees that are not vaccinated against Covid-19 may be required to undergo a PCR test once a week starting from 6 September 2021 by the workplace/employer and that the test results may be recorded to carry out the necessary operations.
