139 COMPETITION LAW Conclusion Along with the Law No. 7246, many changes expected to be made in Law No. 4054 for a long time have been implemented and an important step has been taken in the harmonization process of our legislation with the European Union competition law legislation. It is expected that the authority of the courts regarding the exemption regime and the structural measures that the Board has the authority to implement will gain certainty with the implementation. It is foreseen that the commitment and reconciliation mechanisms and the de mi- nimis application will be clarified in line with secondary regulations.
