If the Board decides to abolish the priviledges, such priviledges cannot be used as of the date of the Board decision, and the provisions of the articles of association of the company that are to the contrary cannot be applied. The com- pany should submit an application to the Board in order to amend its articles of association within two months, and such item should further be added to the agenda of the first general assembly meeting.
