265 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW “ Signs that are identical to, or indistinguishably similar to a trade- mark” means that the two signs compared are identical, indifferent, or they are each other’s identical, indifferent copies. If the signs have even minor differences, they will not be accepted as being identical.
