Mert Karamustafaoglu Introduction By its recently initiated three investigations, Akdeniz Elektrik DağıtımA.Ş. 1 (“Akdeniz Elektrik ” ), Enerjisa 2 , and Gediz-Aydem 3 , the Competition Board signals that it will adopt a more active policy in the coming days in the electricity sector.
