Biography

Beril Cimitoğlu works as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department of Erdem & Erdem Law Office. Working especially in the fields of commercial and corporate law, contract law, labor law, administrative law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law, Beril Cimitoğlu provides legal consultancy to local and foreign clients regarding disputes arising from these fields.

Beril Cimitoğlu participates in litigation before state courts and domestic and international arbitration proceedings, represents clients, conducts pre- and post-trial processes, prepares legal reviews and opinions, and carries out proceedings within the scope of enforcement and bankruptcy law.

Beril Cimitoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
