TerraLex Cross-Border Guide to Data Protection
The Türkiye chapter of the "TerraLex Cross-Border Guide to Data Protection" has been updated to incorporate recent legislative developments within the international law network.
Authored by Sevgi Ünsal Özden and Gülnur Çakmak Ergene of Erdem & Erdem’s Data Protection team, the chapter was revised in light of the latest amendments to the Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the new procedures for cross-border data transfers.
You may access the updated Türkiye section and the full guide, a platform that enables users to examine and compare data protection regulations across multiple jurisdictions, via the official TerraLex website.
